The Fitness Centre at Hotel La Trémoille is open to all hotel guests and members from 06:00 to 23:00 and includes the following:

• cardio-training centre
• sauna
• hydro-jet shower
• 2 private massage and beauty care rooms

The access to the sauna, hydro-jet shower and cardio training centre is complimentary for hotel guests.

The Fitness Centre at La Trémoille offers a complete range of high-quality fitness and personal care services for men and women, provided in one of the two beauty care rooms, by appointment.

The professional team offer visitors a total program of creative, expert care.

Skincare aesthetics, manicures and pedicures, massage, hair removal, jet lag recovery are all on offer - everything to help Fitness Centre guests receive a sense of personal calm and well-being.

Guests also have the possibility of working out with a personal trainer and creating individually tailored fitness programs. 

You can make a reservation for our 'Beauty Day' package, which includes lunch at the Louis² restaurant and beauty treatments using our anti-ageing and embellishing products Matriskin and Zenox.
