A Discreet Tribute to the Legendary Louis Armstrong 

Having enjoyed a makeover by creative team of interior architects Stéphane Satorra and David Duron, the Louis² bar and restaurant has now become the perfect embodiment of our hotel.

The 'easy-living' era of the thirties have inspired the Louis² décor, with the use of graphic lines and geometric motifs combined with contemporary sophistication. The stone structured bar, with its pure lines was devised to create the perfect place to stop for a chat.

The cocktails at the Louis² invite our guests on a journey of discovery whether they are old favourites, new discoveries, or classics or one-offs.
Fruit purées, luxury alcohol and innovative ingredients are combined to produce exceptional signature drinks, such as the Louis² Balsamic Strawberry cocktail. Here, a distinctive mixture of flavours are used, where the sweetness of the strawberry is married with the vibrant acidity of the vinegar.

A slight twist to the classic Cosmopolitan is added, with its flambéed orange peel, and the Leopard Martini reveals its spots with passion fruit against chocolate. The Apple Martini has a dash of caramel in it, while other cocktails pay tribute to the timeless and unforgettable jazz era of last century.

Live music is often on offer and fills the Louis² with raw energy, playing tribute to jazz musicians of old ranging from Cole Porter to Sammy Davis and not forgetting Duke Ellington, Dinah Washington, Cat Anderson and Louis Armstrong.
